Who we are
At the Ayirimi Emami Foundation, founded by compassionate philanthropist and businessman Chief Ayirimi Emami
Our hearts are dedicated to addressing the social challenges faced by
marginalized and disadvantaged individuals in Nigeria’s Niger Delta region and beyond. We
believe that by coming together, we can create sustainable, positive change that profoundly
impacts lives.
We now run shelter homes, schools and a reasonable mess that helps such needy young people. We also have our helpline offices spread throughout the country so one can approach us anytime they need help.
Our approach
Grant Programs
Through our grant programs, we provide much-needed financial support for initiatives that
resonate with our vision, focusing on education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and
community development. Each application is carefully assessed to ensure that it holds the
promise of making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families.
Training and Empowerment
We believe in empowering individuals with valuable skills and knowledge. Our training programs
encompass vocational skills like carpentry and sewing, as well as business management. By
fostering self-sufficiency, we aspire to help break the cycle of poverty, enabling individuals to
envision and shape their own brighter futures.
